About the Role

Our department - Organisation & People development (OPD) crafts the culture for business impact by providing simple, creative, and commercial solutions for current and future business challenges.

As a part of the global team, you will be involved in various areas of development, where you will collaborate very closely across teams to plan, market and execute global solutions.

You will enjoy this role if you are keen on managing projects and the delivery of solutions. We enable and equip HR with meaningful material for a smooth roll-out, helping to land the OPD solutions. Main tasks:

- Through strong project management, steer and coordinate the planning, organisation and implementation of OPD initiatives
- Consult with stakeholders regularly, helping steer initiatives ideation to execution
- Take initiative to engage with OPD partners and cross-functional teams for effective implementation
- Help establish sustainable processes to implement OPD solutions globally and regionally
- Prepare, curate and update meaningful material including digital formats and platforms
- Leverage data analytics and help bring in data- and metrics-driven decision-making across OPD solutions and the OPD team
- Work with modern cloud-based tools to deliver data insights, streamline manual processes and optimise where possible
- Ensure high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with subject matter experts, OPD Regional Leads, OPD Partners
- Manage vendors and suppliers, and oversee the budget for initiatives where needed

About the Team

We in OPD are responsible for the design, planning and landing of various people development, culture change and learning initiatives and programmes. This includes initiatives and people solutions across Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity as well as blended, classroom and digitized learning.

We, the global OPD team, synthesize and bundle these solutions in a practical and impactful way and are together with the Global and Regional HR teams co-accountable to implement and land the solutions efficiently. We also coordinate BU-specific initiatives with consistent delivery for the business.

Personality requirements and skills

About You

- Around 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Organisational Effectiveness, Organisation Development or Learning & Development
- Project management skills, leading or supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives
- Significant experience managing stakeholders, ideally with some background in consulting
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills (MS Power Platform, MS Office, SharePoint, Learning Technology/Knowledge platforms)
- Strong ability to draw out data insights from various sources and present them in meaningful way to stakeholders
- High level of data literacy, passionate in data-driven decisions and ability to consult various partners across the organisation
- Ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation, and quickly build relationships within the team and beyond
- Passionate about organisational and people development
- Excellent command of English, with outstanding writing and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills (authoring and presenting) are a major plus
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, CAL and/or SPC will be a major advantage
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX and/or CX will be a major advantage
- Educational background: Organisational Development, HR or related field; Bachelor a requirement
