Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main tasks:

-Maintain position and organisation related data in MyHR (SuccessFactors based system)
-Guide and support HR colleagues globally in regards to position and organisational -management related questions and queries
-Interact with various partners within HR and business clients globally
-Perform data quality and recurring audit checks and coordinate changes with various HR teams
-Perform other global personnel administration tasks and processes
-Review and optimize current global processes in collaboration with your team and your team lead
-Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
-Support the team lead with other operational tasks

About the Team

As a member of the global HR Organisational Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the global position and organisation structure. This includes global reorganisations in Swiss Re, acting as a global data maintenance governance body for our HR system across the organisation, maintain personnel administration task within the global process and ensure that data is entered in accordance to our global guidelines. You will be responsible for your assigned organisational areas and perform/advise the HR Partner community on the system implementation of reorganisations.
