This role would require you to:

• lead all aspects of performance against Agile values, practices, and processes.
• work with the Product Owners and CoEs, Product area and Chapter leads in order to help the teams.
• support the work in Squad(s) by maintaining the backlog and facilitating Scrum ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• ensure team performance is supervised through the Squad(s)'s dashboard and help with continuous improvement of the team to work better and smarter

You will be also expected to:

• Actively create and maintain culture within Squad(s) based on the org. & Agile leadership behaviors
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to help drive Agile maturity
• Help your team leads to ensure the latest work status is recorded and prioritized through backlog
• Ensure work is appropriately balanced across team & that all work is captured within backlog
• Create burn-down charts to measure Squad(s) output over time
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and standard methodologies to progress the performance of the Squad(s)

About the Team

The mission of the Data Corpus & Foundation Product area is to develop an industry leading data corpus for Swiss Re, advancing on existing achievements and adding new capabilities and content. Easy data discovery enables all Swiss Re employees and partners to engage with the Data Corpus with ease, intuitively and securely. A business strategy oriented and systematic process ensures that the corpus is enriched with external data. The approach follows concrete business priorities and innovative opportunities.

The core scope of the Product area includes:

• Business and Infotech Data Corpus: Design and produce the base data structures and specific data marts for domains and group functions
• Master data management: Create standardized master and reference data
• Ontology design and management: Develop a Swiss Re ontology that allows for scalable semantical integration of internal and external data sources
• Data curation: Advance the quality of the Swiss Re Single Source of Truth through data curation with the goal to reduce mapping and reconciliation efforts. Implement augmented and automated data curation capabilities for scaling this capability
• Data & analytics model catalogue: Implement a "One stop shop" for all data assets and analytics models with descriptive information about usage terms, contacts, lifecycle, protection etc.
• Data acquisition: Develop a strategic direction for external data acquisition, data scouting, data partnerships for enriching the data corpus and aligning needs across business domains and group functions
• Data lifecycle management: Ensure compliant management for physical and electronic records and non-records including disposal, hold and lending processes
• Data architecture: Design data architectures that enable to advance the data corpus and key data assets strategically
