Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Asset Management Operations Support, you will assist the Client Readiness Solutions team with a variety of tasks, including paperwork, MS Excel reports and input of data into customized systems.

Responsibilities:
• Collection and administration of documents related to investment accounts
• Input of data into Asset Management systems
• Preparation of reports, statistics and presentations
• Completion of ad hoc tasks assigned by the team
• Process improvements of manual and repetitive tasks
• Communication with clients, custodian banks and internal stakeholders

About the Team
Our Asset Management teams builds an efficient operating environment which supports all financial market activities conducted by Swiss Re. Our company invests in a multitude of innovative products and asset classes, including catastrophe bonds, infrastructure loans, private equity funds, derivatives and many more.

The Client Readiness Solutions team is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing investment accounts at custodian banks, reinsurance collateral administration as well as for static data set up in our internal systems.
Becoming part of the team will give you the opportunity to apply your analytical thinking, problem-solving as well as communication skills. The job itself along with the team's trainings framework and Swiss Re's knowledge-sharing culture offer excellent learning opportunities as you would get insights into the investment and transaction lifecycle.
