About The Role

Swiss Re will adopt IFRS in 2024 and you have an exciting and outstanding opportunity to join the ongoing IFRS project.

We are looking for a highly motivated IFRS Project Analyst.

Your Main Responsibilities
• Support IFRS implementation in Corporate Solutions
• Review insurance contract wording and perform preliminary IFRS assessment
• Contribute to impact assessment of the IFRS adoption
• Support assessment of IT solution and identify any gaps
• Be involved in agile tests and dry runs
• Support setting up transition balances and prepare comparatives
• Support line organization as needed

Personality requirements and skills

About You

• First experience in an Accounting/Finance function and relevant project management experience
• Good coordination and planning skills
• Understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and/or local statutory principles
• You handle Microsoft Office and SharePoint with ease and feel comfortable to build high quality presentations to senior management
• Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance products a plus
• You are proficient in English – verbal and written communication
