About the Role
We are seeking an expert/consultant who is attracted to work in dynamic and growing environment. In your engagement, you will act as a point of contact with Internal & External audit teams, translate own and manage IT General Controls applicable for Identity and Access Management. Lead all aspects of the design and implementation & compliancy reporting of the Controls, engage with internal audit, external audit, business & IT domain architects.

Main tasks/activities
· Liaise with IT Governance, Risk Management teams and be responsible for IT General Controls for IAM
· Translate the controls, governance requirements into IAM processes and tools landscape
· Coordinate the design effectiveness testing and scoping of various audit relevant activities
· Engage closely with Quality Assurance & Continual Service Improvement team for operational effectiveness testing activities
· Analyse, coordinate respond and provide necessary evidence, answers to queries from internal and/or external audit
· Provide consultancy to IT project teams, IAM product owners, architects and Business Analysts on implications of ITGC's, compliance requirements
· Act as the main contact point with audit teams (internal, external), plan and coordinate scheduled audit activities for IAM
· Assess and design proposals for simplification of the IAM scope, processes, drive automation as feasible across evidence gathering, reporting requirements
· Assess and support IAM unit specific audit activities triggered directly within IT and business domains

· Superb communication skills and ability to navigate easily across business, technical, regulatory information layers
· Practical knowledge of IAM specific regulatory, compliance requirements and knowhow of emerging requirements (GDPR, NYDFS, Cyber risk etc.)
· People and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success with both internal and external partners
· Analytical skills and ability to translate regulatory, compliance requirements into business and IT language/perspectives
· Ability to conceptualize, design processes that are implementable and sustainable
· Strong data analysis focus to be able to judge, assess and respond to professional audit inquiries

Professional experience
· At least 3 years of experience in governance, compliance or audit area
· Strong customer orientation and business focus
· Analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under stress and to manage own workload; self-directed
· General IT knowledge; advanced Microsoft Office and basic SQL knowledge
· Deep understanding of Swiss Re applications and application related tools is a plus
· Interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a concise and articulate standard of written and verbal communication in complex environments
· Knowledge of Access Management / IT delivery environment is advantage

Education and certifications/training
· Master's degree in IT/Economics/Science Related discipline or qualification in equivalent technical and business experience
