We support Treasury teams based in the US, Asia & Europe mainly in reporting & cash projections area.
About the role
•You would be responsible for daily reporting, cash projection and bank balances control
•Daily reconciliation within the Asset management and Treasury systems
•Daily controls performed for Global Cash management
•Setting up and maintenance of Swiss Re bank accounts
•Daily check of share programs & handling with Shared based compensation plans
•Coordination of cash change analysis and Intragroup payments
•Participation in continual improvement, projects and goals
•Be able to analyse gaps in Treasury processes and outline possible solutions and improvements
•Positive personality towards changing environment and knowledge sharing, ability to develop the same in other team members

•You have basic knowledge of payment systems, cash management discipline and bank account reconciliation
•You are fluent in English, you have no problem to write emails and have a call via Skype. If you would have any other European language it would be an advantage
•You have the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and deep understanding of cash and short term investment management processes and issues
•You are familiar with MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and have good verbal and written business social skills
•Knowledge of Treasury area, basic financial ratios and / or accounting principles a definite plus
