About the team:
Are you an engaged individual with real passion for HR? We have an interesting role which supports Swiss Re Human Resources Admin teams. We cover tasks related to employee life cycle, benefit administration, payroll and other project tasks. You will be part of complex, cross-country, cross-culture, cross-process and multilingual environment.

About the role:
• Provide administrative support to HR Admin teams responsible for employee lifecycle in line with legislation and Swiss Re policies
• Document filing & eFiling, check of employee´s files
• Document scanning (employee contracts, sick leave confirmation, birth certificates, etc.)
• Support the data input to HR systems
• Perform 4-eye checks on generated documents
• Participation on administration of company benefits

About you:
You have strong Client orientation and empathy
• You are reliable, details oriented, precise, diligent
• You like to work in team
• You are fluent in Slovak & English

We are open to fill this role under different type of contracts (e.g. regular part-time contract, student contract, etc.)
