About the role

Are you seeking for a challenging development opportunity in a diverse working environment? Would you like to advance your career in a dynamic Sourcing Operations team?

In the role of Sourcing Graphic Designer, you will act as a design authority for graphics and architecture of all Sourcing online platforms including SharePoint, Enterprise Portal, ContactOne and Ourspace. We will expect you to identify, explore and develop future opportunities for improving these platforms to achieve higher usability, productivity and positive customer experience. Within the maintenance of Global Sourcing SharePoint site, you will to contribute to continual enhancement of the site architecture and graphics as well as provide a daily support related to change requirements and permission rights. Demonstrating your graphic skills, we will train and engage you in developing new tools through Nintex forms. You will be responsible for designing and technically realizing various departmental templates and training courses in various formats such as e-learning or infographics video. Your involvement in continual improvement initiatives is essential for achieving operational excellence. We will expect you to develop Sourcing Operations Network and take the lead on your own career, performance and capability development.

About the team
We as Sourcing Operations team ensure the delivery of Global Sourcing goals and strategies. We act as strategists, consultants and implementers while guiding and executing on strategy as well as providing oversight to projects of high impact. We deliver effective communication and online presence to ensure awareness and delivery of customer requirements throughout the department. Through establishing, implementation and maintenance of effective procedures, we deliver lean operations. We also execute on department planning, budget management and excellence through Sourcing Governance Framework

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
• Ideally, you have five years of digital design experience
• You are an advanced user of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Your experience in using Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro and Adobe Captivate tools is an advantage
• You possess excellent written and oral English language skills
• You have well-developed skills in Computer Graphics and Product Creation (any kind of product)
• You have at least basic understanding of a code and ability to edit HTML, CSS
• You possess well-developed interpersonal skills with a key focus on communication, problem solving and decision-making
• You have very good comprehension of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, OneNote)
• We would value if you had some experience in UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) concepts, SharePoint / Nintex Forms / Nintex Workflows, building logical workflows in a system, basic scripting and building e-learnings
• Your agile approach and flexible manner enable you to adjust to frequent changes and work in a dynamic global environment
• With your excellent organizational and time management skills, you can handle numerous priorities at a time and meet deadlines
• With your strong focus on customer and outgoing personality, can effectively work with internal & external customers as well as fulfil their needs
• You are keen to drive your continual capability development
• You are highly engaged teammate who seeks for new ways how to make a difference
