About the Poisition
• Support and solve all access related issues
• Periodically conduct review of access
• Take care of the customer lifecycle (onboarding / offboarding)
• Maintain positive communication level towards customers
• Run projects related to the position and coordinate activities regarding request, incidents and problems with various partners
• Complete assigned tasks / tickets timely with quality while meeting established service level agreements
• Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, policies and procedures to perform job functions
• Build and define new processes while adhering the controls
• Take over responsibility such as global knowledge owner for a specific topic
• Flexible working times and do occasional on-call duty

• You are experienced in identity and access management and end user support
• You can translate “IT” to the non-technical customer
• Deep IT knowledge (HOST, Windows, Active Directory)
• Certified in ITIL, especially incident, problem management or request fulfillment
• You love people! Having an outgoing personality, you genuinely like to co-create with your colleagues, partners and customers
• You are a great team-mate
• You are experienced in Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
• You possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• You run internal projects on your own while dealing with various partners
• Your VBA or Python knowledge is advantage
