Let us walk you through your future day at work:
• You will support the Head CFO Office Group Operations to prepare financial reports and performance insights related to service company Swiss Re Management Ltd (SRML), including branches and subsidiaries.
• You will help drive and monitor service recharges to and from SRML.
• You will have the opportunity to work with the Company Secretariat of SRML to design the Board of Directors' annual roadmap and work on preparing and coordinating the Board of Directors' pre-reading materials.
• You will also support in the preparation of the quarterly cost analysis and reporting of Group Items; one of the four business segments that Swiss Re reports externally.
• From time-to-time, you will have the opportunity to support the Head Governance FGO and the Head CFO Group Operations on special projects. These may be of a Divisional or Group nature.
• Your can-do attitude will help you and the team further improve processes by applying smart approaches and implementing technical solutions.
• The team has a wide variety of topics, so you will also have plenty of opportunities to contribute to ad-hoc tasks as these arise.

Governance FGO consists of a small team within the Finance Group Operations Division. The small-team atmosphere within CFO Office Group Operations, gives you the chance to influence the way of doing things, you will be inspired to bring and develop new ideas and solutions and therefore directly contribute to the team's success. Being part of the Finance Group Operations Division, with staff in Bangalore, Bratislava and Zurich, will give you experience in a truly multi-national, multi-cultural environment. You will also have opportunity to see the larger picture of Swiss Re as a multi-national company.

• You have already spent 2-3 years in consultancy, audit or finance governance.
• You are known for your excellent social and interpersonal skills.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• Your strengths include your adherence to deadlines and ability to work on your own initiative.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
