Your responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain insurance policy information in systems and tools and associated tasks following established guidelines and processes (work with PDS, UCM applications mainly)
• Record client policy data for maintaining up to date claims information – this work is done manually and productivity goal needs to be met
• Support of Technical accounting unit with maintenance of client policy information in the systems
• Work closely with Technical accounting associates (both in the location and outside
• Review insurance submission data for accuracy and completeness
• Regularly monitor the workflow tool for incoming requests
• Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor
