Job description, responsibilities and duties
About the role:
•You will work closely with IAM Engineering and Architecture team focusing on integration of new systems and solutions while supporting consolidation of the current IAM landscape.
•You will provide tier L2 / L3 support for incidents related to IAM tools / solutions.
•You will manage IAM components in terms of version upgrades and patching, including communication (and perhaps deliver a training if needed).
•You will continuously improve IAM deployments and processes and keep the related technical documentation up-to-date.
•You will become familiar with end-to-end IAM processes such as joiner, leaver, access management, authentication, authorization etc.
•You will have an opportunity to use internal statistical / analytical tools to identify new ways of improving efficiency, performance as well as business processes.
•You will develop and share best practices across IAM teams.
•You will actively contribute to the organization's strategy and operational objectives (e.g. automation, cloud adoption etc.).

•You have at least limited experience with Identity Management solutions, preferably SailPoint IIQ.
•You have reasonable understanding of federation protocols and security concepts.
•You bring knowledge of relational databases, database schemas and data structures.
•You are familiar with RESTful web services.
•You possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•You are a teammate who can deliver high performance when working in a team but also when working on your own.
•You are proficient in ITIL framework and/or similar methodology (certification is an advantage).
