About the Role
Do you like communication with suppliers and internal clients? Are you passionate to gain experience in procurement with focus on facility area and be a part of CRES (Corporate Real Estate Services) team?

We are looking for you as an active person who likes daily contact and relationships with people. You will have an opportunity to work and support us with your new ideas in a constantly changing environment. Working directly with people from CRES EMEA department, you will help to coordinate activities in facility domain to support divisional/local/global projects and ensure positive customer experience.

If you like to negotiate with external vendors, processing orders and invoice payments this role is designed for you. In this position you will gain valuable End to End Procurement process knowledge. You will be part of the procurement process and collaborate with Accounts Payable team and Global Sourcing team to provide support for end users and business. Join us and develop your future career!

You will be responsible for:
Daily contact with internal and external clients (via E-mails, telephone, personal meetings)

Vendor selection
- Identification of the needs and requirements for procurement of goods and services in Facility area
- Setting of suitable suppliers pool for specific goods/services
- Negotiation of contractual terms & commercial conditions
- Drawing up of frame agreements/amendments in collaboration with Legal department
- Archiving of vendor agreements within Sourcing tool
- Maintaining of vendor database (CRE&LO Bratislava internal)

Procurement of goods and services
- Ordering process in line with internal rules, via My Spend
- Administration of goods/services deliveries
- Verification process for supplier invoices
- Payment release via MySpend
- Claims and credit notes processing

Procurement process by Expansion projects
- Selection of new vendors
- Purchase orders for goods and services (via MySpend)
- Timely deliveries of needed goods and services
- Processing of invoice payments (via MySpend)

Suppliers
- Coordination the dates and check of deliveries with suppliers
- Act as contact person for assigned group of suppliers
- Create and maintain partnerships between SwissRe and suppliers

Courier & Freight Services
- Customs clearance management including documentation & contact to Customs office

Other
- Repeating on the clients requests via internal ticketing system
- Providing of the cost splits for the selected payments
- Actively find opportunities and improvements

About the Team
We as a CRES team are responsible for Facility management of Swiss Re Bratislava location. CRES team consists of several sub-teams: Building Management, Functional Management, Internal Services and Reception team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Secondary education and higher
- Experience as Assistant or Administrative Support
- Good social and problem solving skills with people on all levels
- Organized and flexible, good time management
- Skills of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- English and Slovak language: written and spoken fluency
- Client focusing is a natural part of your personality
