Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Network Partner Coordinator you will play an important role in the implementation of Global Programmes, you will be the link between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and Network Partners around the world. You'll ensure local policies are issued and serviced in line with our global client's requirements, market regulations and SLAs. You will support the International Network Managers in training Network partners on SLAs, processes and the use of the Network Partner Portal as well as ensuring regulatory data collection from many countries around the globe.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support transactional business, coordination of issuing local policies and use of IT Tools for a defined set of Network Partners
2. Quality control of local policies request, and ensure policies are issued in a timely and accurate manner, in adherence to Service Level Agreements and local policy requests.
3. Report on performance of Local Offices.
4. Coordinate issuance of endorsements between Producing Office and Network Partner.
5. Coordinate "Pre Quote/Pre Bind" Processes and Service Exceptions between POs and NPs
6. Support the International Financial Management team on local premium collection for Network Partners.
7. Support Manhattan bookings for Network Partner policies.
8. Point of contact for the central claims coordinator for handling Network Partner claims.
9. Collect and documents knowledge of individual network partners and local regulations.
10. Support International Network Managers on training of Network Partners

About the team
The Global Network sits within the wider International Business team and we manage the relationship between Swiss Re Corporate Solutions and the Network Partners. We work closely with many SRCS teams and Network Partners around the globe to win and service Primary Multinational Programmes for Global Corporate Clients.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Languages:
• Fluent in Business English is a must, Spanish, German, and other languages are an asset

• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written.

• Experience working with international insurance business and/or market facing experience is preferred but not a requirement.
• Goal-orientation and willingness to continuous learning and improvement.
