About the Team

In 2021, CorSo is bringing data into the business creating an agile delivery model focussing on data and analytics capabilities to support our ambition of becoming a truly data driven commercial insurer.

The operating model design introduces cross-functional analytics squads into each part of the insurance value chain enabling the business to drive their data strategy. The squads are supported by chapter leads who focus on consistency, collaboration and transparency across the product area for key roles.

With this set-up, we expect to be able to maximise the autonomy of squads contributing to the mission of the defined product areas and strengthen customer proximity. At the same time, we can ensure the integrity of our data and the use of data within our technology platforms.
