We are looking for a qualified team leader to join our Business Coordination department and take over a lead of one of the teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:
 Ensure high quality and timely business support the team provides to the client facing staff - Client Managers and other stakeholders
 Enhance stakeholders management
 Ensure effective resource allocation
 Analyze and improve the performance of the team/individuals according to the metrics
 Motivate, coach and develop the team members in accordance with the set of goals and objectives determined by the business coordination department
 Recognize and acknowledge the skills of team members, help them understand their growth areas and build on their strengths
 Improve the team collaboration within Business Services (in Bratislava and in locations) and with other functions within Bratislava

This position is open as maternity cover contract with possibility of prolongment.

About the department:
We are a multinational, dynamic and engaged team of more than 60 Business Coordinators, directly working with and supporting the client facing team, divided into smaller teams according to EMEA markets. We act as one team, we strive to expand our reinsurance knowledge, develop professionally and provide excellent service to our stakeholders.

About the team:
You will assume the responsibility for leading a team of 11 people who are supporting Iberia, Italy and MEDIT Client markets. You will help them achieve the goals, support their personal growth, and together with your peers – other team leaders; you will be actively driving and shaping the direction of our department.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About you:
Proven work experience as a team leader (at least 2-years' experience in a leadership role)
Strong communication and leadership skills: ability to inspire, motivate, develop and lead a team
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to build and foster an inspiring team environment with open communication and feedback culture
Strong interpersonal skills for working internally across departments, as well as with clients
Decision-making skills
Ability to manage issues and conflicts
Strong customer focus, service orientation
Language skills: very good command of English; Spanish or Italian advantageous
