About the role

In this role, you will support Legal & Compliance Business Management team in running and administering key tools, processes and change management for Swiss Re Group's global legal entity data tool. You will handle relationships with wider legal, corporate secretariat, finance, tax and group risk counterparts.

Main tasks:

Legal Entity Information Management
•Administrate Swiss Re's tool that gathers legal entity information
•Act as the main point of contact for questions and support needed for the tool, access management, training, and maintenance of user manuals
•Run regular and ad hoc reports from the tool for various users
•Continually seek ways to improve and streamline the tool and processes
•Regular interlocks with key partners and counterparts in corporate secretariat, finance, tax and group risk
•Member of the Product Owner group in Agile sprints facilitating the change request process and backlog and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)


Operations

Support the coordination of other operational Group and Divisional projects, initiatives and tasks as necessary


About team:

Legal & Compliance Business Management is the central team within the Legal & Compliance (L&C) division for innovation, technology and operations. We support the Chief Legal Officer in the strategic direction and operational execution, and the divisional departments in delivering effective and efficient services. Our main responsibilities are to coordinate processes and initiatives within the division. Specific focus is on project management, process improvements, tool ownership and support, outside counsel management, financial management, divisional communications and other operations topics.

About you

•Have university degree preferably in business administration or law
•Bring ideally 1-2 years professional work experience
•Are fluent in English and possess excellent communication (other language is a plus)
•Have strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
•Have strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
•Are a self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills
•Have the ability to work independently but also part of a global team
•Are full of enthusiasm and dream to learn
•Display a "can do" mindset, are dedicated and put the client first
•Have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
•Possess an ability to work in the face of complexity, conflicting pressures and ambiguous or changing circumstances
