Job description, responsibilities and duties

• You will manage the communication to the local management of more than 30 Swiss Re offices around the world regarding changes in their intragroup outsourcing contracts
• For the countries under your direct responsibility, you will collaborate with the legal and tax departments to prepare intragroup outsourcing contracts and calculate the distribution of administrative costs
• You will work with the other members of the team on financial analysis and reporting to answer questions from other departments about the distribution of administrative costs
• You will support and work with other members of the team on various projects related to intragroup outsourcing and distribution of administrative costs

About the team:
You will join a small team of experts, globally responsible for the intragroup outsourcing contracts, as well as distribution of administrative costs in the Swiss Re group, in compliance with OECD transfer pricing rules and country-specific requirements. You will be part of the Standards & Governance unit, within the Accounting & Reporting department of the Finance Reinsurance division.
