About the Role and Team
We are looking for (senior) software developers to extend the Identity and Access Management team.
You will become team member in very interesting project, where the mission is to provide a first-class experience to users of a complex application landscape. Your main task will be to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software components in a microservice oriented, private cloud based landscape. Your colleagues are located in Bratislava (SK), Zurich (CH), Riga (LV) and Munich (DE) and we work together in an agile setup.

- Your work will include technical analysis, system design, implementation, unit and integration test automation, and writing technical documentation.
- You will develop new applications and maintain and extend existing solutions
- You will contribute to the L3 support function of our IAM application portfolio
- You will collaborate with other IAM teams and our internal customers in an international and multicultural setup to ensure solutions align with each other and meet business requirements and expectations.

About You
- You have a higher education degree (at least B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- You have 3 years of relevant work experience
- You have solid knowledge/understanding and experience in OO object-oriented software development (design patterns, SOLID principles etc.)
- You have solid knowledge/understanding and experience in development of applications using the Java platform. Experience with multi-tier, microservice, RESTful, and/or SOA based applications is an advantage.
- Experience with Java EE, Spring, JavaScript, TypeScript, other programming languages, node.js, as well as with HTML, CSS and web UIs are an advantage
- You have solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Knowledge of and experience with NoSQL technologies is an advantage.
- You have a working understanding of common algorithms and data structures. Experience with software performance engineering is an advantage.
- You have experience working with source control tools and are familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
- You have experience with automated testing.
- You are familiar with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with cloud technologies is an advantage
- You are comfortable and successful communicating in English in person, over remote connections and in writing.
- You have good level of communication and commitment to work in a decentralized team
- You are able to prioritize tasks, drive objections to completion, and report any impediments for
- You have self-starting attitude, can deal with stress and work independently
- You are flexible and open for new tasks with mindset for continuous learning
