• Providing first level technical support and guidance to our clients (authors) via e-mail and telephone
• Maintaining a scientific publication database for electronic abstracts and posters
• Overall administration of submissions
• Data maintenance in different systems
• Preparing and updating Excel lists and handling large amounts of data
• Preparing reports and statistics
