Would you like to start working on something new?
Do you have the experience with channel marketing for B2B customers?
We are growing our Client´s team to strengthen it's marketing initiatives and that is why we are hiring. We need your help to set up our Client´s Partner Program for 6 moths project.
You will cover this initiative across the whole Europe, so you will need to work closely with our regional and local marketing & sales teams that are responsible for B2B reseller Partners. Thanks to this cooperation with you we will be able to grow our success story!
What will be your tasks once you join our team?
• Develop and manage European channel Partner Program, including country specific requirements
• Collaborate with B2B KAM in each country to evaluate Partner performance and manage Partner tiering accordingly within the Partner Portal
• Manage MDF, including evaluation of proof provided by Partners
• Track, report and optimise the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise and working with B2B KAMs to assess possible solutions and execute them
• Develop training program
• Validate and onboard new reseller partners
• First point of contact for Partners and internal cross-functional teams
• Develop new channel Partner Program assets in collaboration with regional and local Marketing Leads
• Manage and monitor Marketing assets in the Partner Portal
• Manage Partner engagement - online listings, product & landing pages, banner placements, marketing assets, localised assets, web shop, catalogues
• Take primary responsibility for the strategy and execution of channel partner program and its growth
• Develop and execute rewards and incentives programs
• Track ROI of rewards and incentives, provide insights and suggestions to build stronger Partner engagement
• Develop targeted rewards and incentives to drive sales
• Identify key stakeholders to build relationships and credibility within those partner organisations, and help them realise the full potential of our Client

• Big part of your experience is from the B2B marketing
• Proven experience in channel partnerships
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• You can easily manage your stakeholders
• You have good organization skills – You will be cooperating with a lot of colleagues across Europe so you will need to organize & prioritize wisely
• Good knowledge of the technology industry, in particular Smartphone market is a plus
Mostly importantly, you enjoy what you do!
