Job description
SDI is looking for a Contract Manager, with solid and proven experience in Corporate environment, who will be actively managing the contractual process for our clients.
This individual will be responsible for the entire supplier onboarding process, which consist mainly of drafting agreements leveraging existing templates, organizing meetings to explain the purpose of each document to the supplier and negotiating any redlines that suppliers will propose.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft Contract leveraging existing templates
- Have introductory phone call with suppliers to explain them the contractual requirements and clarify any doubts
- Negotiate any changes that supplier might propose, aiming to have as minimum changes as possible
- Prepare a risk assessment based on supplier proposed changes, to be presented to client for approval and communication of inherent risk.
- Provide advice to Sourcing department on commercial T&Cs.
- Store and maintain all onboarding paperwork in repository
- Actively manage Supplier Onboarding Database to guarantee data accuracy for reporting purposes.
