• Managing the Used Car Project.
• Implementing and developing internal processes related to used car project.
• Developing and managing the procurement process of used cars. Monitoring and daily participation in various online auctions of used cars, in order to ensure a sufficient level of inventory to achieve the sales goal.
• Developing internal processes of used car logistics in cooperation with the logistics department.
• Managing sales of used cars with the existing network and future partners.
• Communicating on regular basis with all business partners in order to obtain their feedback and reflect it in procurement activities.
• Managing profitability of the used car project. Determinating the selling price of the used cars to the business partners, taking into account all related costs, such as transport costs, insurance costs, registration costs, etc. Co-creating of the pricing process. Participating in the development of financial products.
• Participating in the development of the used car brand.
• Participating in the development of digital sales tools.
