Fixes Assets Accountant - Part time for University student

Fixed Assets Department is a team of people ensuring correct and timely accounting and reporting of non-current assets within European Henkel companies. As a part of our main responsibilities we analyze investment projects in terms of deciding whether new purchase meets condition for treating it as fixed asset and capitalize new acquisitions if so. We create and maintain asset master data in order to keep them up to date. In case of asset disposals we book asset sales, transfers and scrapping.

- Analysis of acquisitions and settlement to fixed assets in line with IFRS, Corporate Standard Accounting and country's local accounting and tax law
- Creating and maintaining of Asset Master Data
- Booking of Asset disposals and transfers
- Performing monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
- Providing reporting of Fixed Assets
- Supporting audit, handling low value assets

- University student, economical area is preferred
- Active knowledge of English and at least intermediate level of Russian language
- Interest in double-entry bookkeeping
- Microsoft Office - advanced
- Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
