We are looking for a Solution Architect who will design and implement end-to-end solutions, both in terms of functional and technical aspects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure end-to-end solution design and implementation across all its elements, including the coordination with subject matter experts
Define solution architecture in close collaboration with the Domain Architect
Recommend build/buy decision; identify and manage interfaces to other solutions
Research potential solutions taking requirements and (internal or market) trends into consideration
Identify and seize opportunities for digitisation & automation/ robotisation
Continuously check/monitor solution design against requirements
Establish and manage the solution documentation
Deliver required artefacts for sign-off at quality gates and other governance bodies
Plan solution deployment and rollout, including risk & impact analysis for implementation. Support solution during hypercare
Hand over solution to operations
Lead IT Workstreams
Handshake with UX Designer, Project Manager, System Integration Engineers and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/equivalent experience
+3 years of experience in successfully leading IT projects or worksteams
Strong technical expertise
Experience in solutions architecture and understanding of the Group Operations architecture landscape
Good communicator with technical flair
Team player with ability and confidence to build pro-active, co-operative and effective working relationships with customers, vendors and peers
Excellent command of English, German is a plus
