Fast growing International company, with properties ranging from 2-5 star hotels seeks a General Manager for their property that comprises of hotels and spa facilities.
As a General Manager of Health Spa Smrdaky, you are a brand ambassador of our corporate philosophy. Together with the Cluster General Manager and Management team, you create a welcoming place for our guests and motivating work environment for our employees.
Your tasks:
• Oversee, control and coordinate all operational processes in compliance with budget specifications and hotel and spa standards
• Ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the hotel and spa operations and help promote a professional, hospitable and friendly working environment
• Implementation of quality management in the area of operational processes, ensure compliance to SOP and HACCAP
• Following and ensuring all activities according to Labour code, health and safety of employees
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Recruitment and selection process in cooperation with Cluster HR Director
• Participating on preparation of company budget and financial reports
• Hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example
• Reporting to Cluster General Manager

Personality requirements and skills

• At least five years of professional experience in this or a similar position
• Excellent host qualities, hands-on mentality and agile leadership style
• Result driven team player with strong communication skills, assertiveness, organizational talent, flexibility, quality awareness
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak & English language, any other European languages an advantage
