HR Generalist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important areas such as staffing, compensation & benefits, training & development.

Areas of responsibility:
1. Providing support to managers and employees in various HR related topics of the employees life-cycle and resolve issues and problems
2. Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
3. Providing assistance and advice to employees in various labor related situations;
4. Assisting in development and implementation of HR strategy and policies
5. Undertaking tasks in performance management
6. Communicating with other departments and units within the scope of job competences.
7. Gathering and analyzing data within HR metrics, Preparing reports according to regular or ad-hoc requirements;
8. Collecting, controlling, processing and maintaining employee personal data for evidence in HR systems and for employee files
9. Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
10. Coordinating the employee‘s onboarding and help plan training & development
11. Administrating compensation and benefit plan and documents related to all stages of employee life-cycle;

*The stated amount of the basic salary represents the minimal guaranteed amount related to this position for candidate with below mentioned professional experience. The actual amount of the basic salary will be adjusted in accordance with your professional experience, expertise and skills.
