Job description, responsibilities and duties

Travel & Expense Centre located in Bratislava is looking for a new addition to their team!

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Audit of business trip expenses
  • Communication with travelers, maintenance of knowledge databank
  • Advisory to business travelers (Concur user interface, business travel governance, etc.)
  • Understanding and implementation of business trip legal principles and internal guidelines
  • Business expenses complaint management
  • Intracompany communication within the frame of business travelling
  • Main geographical coverage: Poland
  • Working in Concur system

Required education, skills and personality requirements

Required education
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language Requirements
Knowledge of both Polish and English is mandatory, since you will be covering Polish region

Language skills

Polish - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced
