SAP Delivery and Financial Process Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Delivery and Process Manager will be part of the Innovation, Integration and Planning team, leading the Service & Delivery Planning, supporting the Healthineers SAP Change Management teams in project and change delivery management, ensuring proper prioritization, adherence to Siemens processes and in time and budget delivery of the SAP changes.

You are the main contact for the SAP Management, Service Owners, Business and Suppliers representatives in topics related to delivery and financial processes, being responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the change delivery pipeline and of the financial processes.

Task and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Delivery and Financial activities for SAP
• Process Management activities:
• Representing the SAP as Process Manager in IT Service Management (ITSM) process boards as key contact
• Assist Process Owners with development of global standardized processes being responsible for the introduction and improvement of the processes and tools in SAP, driving the efficiency, effectiveness and consistency of processes globally
• Act as first support for process related topics
• Perform periodic process performance reviews
• Coordinate trainings of process users, ensuring the required process knowledge level, technical and business understanding to execute the processes
• Address process escalations and exceptions as needed.
• Review role definitions in ITSM before implementation
• Delivery Management
• Manage the Delivery Pipeline of changes to SAP systems ensuring in time and budget deliveries
• Overall Lead of the communities involved in the implementation of change requests
• Interface between Projects and the Change Management Teams
• Liaison between Business Relationship Management and SAP resource and project managers
• Hold the SAP Pipeline meeting ensuring transparency and oversight of the upcoming and existing SAP related projects
• Manage forecasting activities for external resources
• Support the Change Management Groups with tools and process knowledge
• Develop, manage and deliver regular reports, progress reports, change proposals and presentations to SAP management and internal / external stakeholders on Process and Delivery Management related topics
• Financial Management
• Manage and coordinate the budget, controlling and forecasting of financial activities
• Point of contact for SAP finances


Required Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills:
Education:
• Master degree in information technology / computer science or similar

Experience:
• At least 3-5 years team leadership experience in international environments
• Intercultural experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 1-3 years User experience with SAP ERP systems and modules
• 3-5 years Budget and Finances responsibilities experience

Technical Skills:
• Superior understanding of Microsoft (MS) tool landscape and expertise in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint online
• Shall have user experience with SAP ERP financial system
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager Change Management and SAP customizing constitutes a plus
