Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Risk and Internal Control Professional to join our team in Siemens Mobility. The Risk and Internal Control (RIC) department has the following goals:

• maintaining and continuously improving an effective internal control system
• ensuring the compliance with laws and regulations
• assuring the adherence to the Siemens Financial reporting guidelines
• regularly monitoring and reporting risks and opportunities via the enterprise risk management system

For Siemens Mobility Slovakia, we are looking for an internal controls manager who will be locally responsible for managing the entire RIC process. This includes but is not limited to implementing and further developing the internal control system within the organization, ensuring a timely RIC reporting of high quality, supporting and training the relevant contact persons with regards to methodological guidance and preparing the quarterly ERM reporting.

Personality requirements and skills

Technical Skills:
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Good understanding of Siemens processes, rules & regulations
• Results and quality orientation
• Ability to communicate in English (B2) and Slovak language (C2)
• Driving license B

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in dealing with various cultures
