Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

In Siemens Healthineers, we are building the next generation enterprise solutions powered by modern technological stacks, enhanced with artificial Intelligence and machine learning technologies.




We are searching for an experienced test manager with responsibilities:

• Setting-up and leading of the new System testing team
• Definition of testing strategies and testing plans 
• Definition of processes and tools for efficient test coverage and execution
• Controlling, steering and reporting of test activities 

Expected qualification:

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of professional experience in test management and team leadership
• Knowledge of test management processes
• Experience with test automation
• Agile mindset, pro-active attitude, team player
• Managerial skills
• Ability to accept ownership for the quality assurance
• English in speaking and writing

Beneficial qualification (any of mentioned below is welcome):

• ISTQB
• Knowledge of DevOps approach, Docker and Kubernetes technologies

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2500€ brutto /month + VAR*
