Job description, responsibilities and duties
We have established a Financing team to provide governance and value added services as a Centre of Competence for three Cluster Treasuries (Central East Europe; North West Europe; South West Europe). This team is located in Bratislava and interacts with roughly 238 Siemens companies in 44 countries.Tasks:
- Authorization and user administration for defined Treasury processes and applications
- Coordination and preparation of quarterly bank account attestations for Siemens entities
- Processing of requests related to administration of bank accounts in payment factory tool
- Processing of credit limit recommendations
- Review and assignment of tickets related to treasury IT support
- Regular review of back office processes with the goal to define and suggest automation potential
- Development and regular updates of macro files use for automated preparation of excel reports.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
