Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Risk Specialist to support activities in the Risk Governance and Compliance area, someone who likes to investigate, analyze, can link information from different sources.

We are responsible for defining and implementing the risk governance and KPI system and the related management processes, in addition to defining and managing the compliance system to prevent risks of non-compliance with regulations and standards applied in the company.
We are ensuring in close coordination with other departments that risk mitigation activities are addressed and implemented.

Main tasks of the Risk Governance and Compliance Specialist will be:

• Assesses potential risks in different areas of our work
• Conducts regular risk assessments to identify key risks
• Monitors status of actual risks within the company
• Develops, implements and maintains current Risk Management policies and rules
• Ensures risk supervision and control
• Promotes risk culture within the company e.g. via training
• Supports Divisions/Departments in identifying the compliance risks of significant initiatives and services/products
• Prepares Risk and KPI reports for the company's management
• Supports in the analysis and understanding of end-to-end processes
• Coordinates the development of new techniques, methodologies and tools in risk management
• Performs control and monitoring actions based on the planned activity programs

Wage (gross)

1 800 EUR/monthStarting from 1800€. Our offer will depend on the experience and seniority of the final candidate.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements and knowledge:
• Knowledge of tools used in risk assessment, various risk reports or process mapping is an advantage
• Experience in analyzing and assessing complex processes, providing feedback, reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Orientation in the field of statistics may be beneficial, but is not required
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
