Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for HRO Specialist who will join our HR Team in Bratislava and will support following activities:

- Cooperation in training and educational programs for employees – communication with training agencies as well as with employees, organizing arranged trainings,
- Administration of local Intranet website
- Policies – cooperation on internal policies, managing process of
approval path and publication
- Fleet management - complete agenda of arranging and management
company fleet
- Mobile phone management
- Business trip insurance for employees
- Coordination of Health & Safety in cooperation with our external
partners
- Administration and support of Occupational Health Service agenda

You will have opportunity:
- To participate in various local HR initiatives and projects (Wellbeing Team, Community Team, Newsletter)

Wage (gross)

1 000 EUR/monthStarting from 1 000€ - our final offer will depend on the seniority and expertise of the candidate

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

- Active driver
