Job Description
- You will take overall responsibility for management of personal costs in the group (4 production mills)
- You will run projects related with personal costs optimization lead to improved productivity; analyze and justify the development of results
- You will pay a special focus on analysis and management of provisions and accruals
- You will provide suggestions and proposals for collective negotiations with trade unions
- You will manage the benefits accross the group and provide improvement proposals
- You will lead compensation projects (setting up positions pay levels, comparison against external market, analysis of external/internal pay fairness)
- You will provide workforce planning analyzes against the plan and agains the actual production
- You will be responsible to provide weekly and monthly HR reporting on main HR KPIs
- You will develop a systematic solutions for HR controlling and achieve further improvements

- You can demonstrate profound knowledge in HR controlling through more years of successful professional experience preferralby in production company
- You use your in-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), the Office 365 modules
- You are highly orientated for delivering results
- You see yourself as a business partner and you are a strong networker with high consulting competence between the numerous interfaces
- You have ability to process complicated issues and convey these to various stakeholders with your good presentation skills
- You are fluent in Slovak and English language
