Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a passionate colleague who wants to join a stable Slovak software development company with more than 15 years of experience in the Slovak and global markets. Our client base is versatile and includes global companies like Huawei, BMW, Forbes, and Slido. We have developed two successful SaaS products, LiveAgent and Post Affiliate Pro. We are currently expanding our team of system administrators and looking for new reinforcements that will fully manage and monitor our infrastructure and system security.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cloud infrastructure management (maintenance of servers and services running on them, e.g., upgrading, performance tuning, and other daily issues)
- Infrastructure monitoring (development and management of monitoring tasks) and resolution of recorded incidents (attacks, system failures)
- Cooperation with the development department, testers, release managers, and the support department
- Infrastructure automation using SaltStack
Your primary responsibilities will include:
