IT Risk Officer

As an IT Risk Officer, you will be overseeing various risk areas related to operations of Regional Data Center services and application services to our client’s entities within CEE region. You will be responsible for risk assessment (including risk control implementation and testing) of daily operations of IT infrastructure, applications, and support function teams located in Bratislava and abroad.
IT Risk Officer role is a risk management expert function located in the 1st line of defence, overseeing risk, control, outsourcing and Integrated Risk and Control System (IRCS) framework in a branch, internally as well as with relationships to other clients’ entities, third party providers and outsourcing partners.

Responsibilities:
• Assurance that the local entity fully complies with the Risk Policy Framework and other relevant policies and regulations; if necessary with adaptations due to local regulation, after pre-alignment with company’s HQ
• Implementation and co-ordination of concerning risk, control, outsourcing and resilience management procedures following the globally unified approach
• Co-ordination of risk assessments, quality assurance, control testing, development of mitigation plans, including follow up activities
• Transparency of the risk profile and management of key risks, including third-party relationships
• Reporting of occurred operational loss events, control weaknesses, ad hoc stress scenarios and events related to third-party and outsourcing providers, including planning of mitigation actions

Reporting:
The IT Risk Officer reports to entity risk and security governance function and functionally to the HQ abroad.
In addition IT Risk Officer assures regular reporting to the local Entity Risk and Information Security Management Forum (ERISMF), as well as to AZ Technology CRO.
