Job description, responsibilities and duties
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
· Min 5 years’ experience in IT/Business Project Management role, in banking, payment service provider and/or Fintech sector
· Strong background in one of these areas: banking service and/or consumer lending product OR e-business and online channels
· Understanding of IT development lifecycle and Scrum methodology
· Experienced in MS Project and Visio. BPMN/UML tools an advantage
· Basic knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture patterns
· English command both written and verbal is a must
· Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
· Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements as well as to cope working in a challenging, goal-oriented environment
· Strong background in one of these areas: banking service and/or consumer lending product OR e-business and online channels
