Job description, responsibilities and duties
Security System Administrator is a role within the Service & Support pillar under the Global Security Operations – Technology Services Team. The Service & Support team is considered as the “Run” function of our production environment consisting of physical access control and video management systems and applications supporting the GSO team. This role will be Level 1 support, reporting to the Service & Support leader, and will focus on supporting internal and external resources.
Responsibilities:
• Primary focus will be to assist the Technology Team with issues and projects in EMEA but the secondary expectation would be to support global efforts as needed.
• Will work closely with SWH CCURE, Lenel OnGuard, Verint, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, Oracle Web Center, Zoom, MS Teams, and Outlook
• Internal and external customers/partners communications including status updates for relevant needs
• Intake, triage, troubleshooting, and escalating break/fix and application support tickets
• Coordinate, manage, and track service request tickets with our security integrator
• Support the Regional Program Managers within the Business Enablement program to configure, test, and commission new security devices and systems
• Work closely with internal technical teams (networking, systems admin, IT, etc.), systems integrators, and the Fusion Center Program to review, build, and deploy technical security solution.
