Maintenance Technician

Aim of the position:
Supervision and coordination of housekeeping/cleaning team involved in construction activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- To supervise and coordinate housekeeping/cleaning team involved in construction activities under direct responsibility of the SE a.s., undertake all required actions in order to ensure constant level of housekeeping conditions at site common areas in cooperation with appointed departments;
- To supervise and coordinate housekeeping/cleaning team involved in facility maintenance, undertake all required actions in order to ensure constant level of housekeeping conditions at power plant premises during the transition period between construction activity completion and final hand-over to future operation;
- To work with Construction Managers and Discipline Superintendents for the construction site needs and actions required to keep constant level of order and cleanness as per SE a.s. expectations and standards;
- Daily monitoring of site areas involved (i.e. common areas, critical areas or rooms agreed with Construction management unit);
- To verify and monitor contractor’s daily reports in terms of resources on site, spent man-hours and keeping track of logbook records from contractors according to the SK legislation;
- Verify and update on regular basis the actual progress of works in relation to the project time schedule, notify the line management in case of delay and propose possible recovery actions;
- Coordinate and control delivery of materials to the site and highlight criticalities and shortcomings. Check possible damages of supplies and verify that the supplies are complete;
- To ensure that the non-conformity process is applied in line with the SE a.s. internal regulations;
- To attend (in case requested) inspections and tests according to the approved ITPs;
- To verify the respect of health, safety and environment standards applicable at MO34 in cooperation with appointed departments advising Superintendents \ Construction Managers on contractors and\or employees who are not complying with safety standards or are not engaging in safe working practices, including not respecting environmental rules and basic housekeeping principles;
- To undertake all required actions, upon superior instruction, to ensure keeping planned deadline;
- To ensure surveillance over completed premises/rooms/buildings ensuring constant level of order and housekeeping in line with investor’s requirements and oriented to preserve already installed equipment and components;
- To cooperate with other departments involved in maintenance/preservation and surveillance of already completed systems and facilities;
- Attendance (upon request) of site coordination meetings arranged for maintenance and organizational matters.
