Junior Project Control Engineer - Progress and Reporting

General information:
The primary purpose of the job holder is to implement, maintain and participate in the development of the project control procedures. He/she has to provide assistance for the resolution of project control criticalities. May interface with Project Management, participate/attend regular department meetings and give statistical reports. Participate with the team in the customization of project control systems to meet specific project requirements. Analyzes, evaluates and forecasts current status versus an established baseline schedule. Understands and applies engineering, procurement and construction terminology, concepts and relationships. Understands critical path logic networks and bar charts.

The job holder has to be able to perform on monthly basis the following tasks:
• Construction Driven Quantities Analysis;
• Project Progress Calculation and Reporting (EPC);
• S-Curve elaboration, including baseline definition and monthly Forecast (at EPC, and Quantities level);
• Monthly Labor Reporting and Analysis for Contractors and Subcontractors;
• Monthly Earned Value Reporting and Analysis;
• Accumulates and accesses historical data, such as performance experience, to be used for maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting;
• May be included some EPC Scheduling.
