Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main tasks:
• Delivering the budget plans in cooperation with OEM customers and Machine Integrators in the assigned region;
• Sale of the products and solutions from the assigned offer (controllers, drives, manipulators, robots, protections, power distribution and whole application solutions like packaging, hoisting, etc.);
• Proactive expanding the customer portfolio with prospects, direct and indirect customers;
• Intensifying cooperation with existing customers and business partners with focus on the sales growth;
• Ensuring the information flow between the clients and other departments of the company involved in the sales process,
• Negotiating sales conditions and contracts of key OEM customers;
• Managing commercial and financial aspects of customers;
• Consistently work towards closing the sale;
• Cooperation with other sales and technical teams as well as business partners to maximize portfolio and deliver the full solution;
• Offer preparation in commercial and financial aspects;
• Reporting in CRM system (Salesforce, bFO)

  • Requirements for the employee

    Candidates with education suit the position

    University education (Master's degree)
    Postgraduate (Doctorate)

    Language skills

    English - Upper intermediate (B2)

    Number of years of experience

    5

    Personality requirements and skills

    • At least 5 years of an experience in the OEM or similar business;
    • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Control, Mechatronics Master Engineer or equivalent;
    • Ability to uncover decision makers, penetrate C-level and determine/address personal motivations;
    • Practical knowledge of the MS-Office package;
    • Ability to build long-term relations;
    • Goal orientation with consistency of action;
    • Well understanding the customer buying process with all its stages;
    • Forward-thinking “can-do” attitude;
    • Strong written and spoken English skills;
    • Driving license cat. B;
    • Available to frequent domestic travels and if required international (Trainings);
    • Position would require an average of 50% travel time.
