Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main mission will be:
* Support and ensure quality in the introduction of new products and processes
* Creation of QCP (quality control plans)
* Management and monitoring of quality indicators
* Establishment and monitoring of actions to improve quality indicators
* Run product and process quality audits (MPC, Mock-up, SQA, SCA, etc)
* Support the SRM (Supplier relationship management) process. Supplier quality continuous improvement.
* Support in Q-STOP's / Q-WALL´s: investigation, action establishment, and execution
* Lead PFMEA's.
* Support and ensure problem solving processes (SPSP, 8D, etc)
* Participation in high added value projects, new developments, update of processes, etc.
* Project or team leadership

* Knowlegde on the following quality tools and processes: PPAP, PFMEA, supllier quality audits, 8D, product audits, etc.
* Mechanical background in manufacturing.
* Ability to read technical drawings.
* Reasoning skills for problem identification and resolution.
* Knowledge and ability to define initial corrective & preventive actions.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Practical, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Proven experience in internal and external audits.
* Must excel at working in a team environment.
