Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for active sales planning (Oceanfreigh portfolio & Airfreight portfolio)
- Identification of new prospects and their potentials preferably in Ocean (80% target) & Air (20% target)
- New accounts business development (hunting 90%)
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of new incoming clients (farming 10%)
- Ensure the correct and professional quality and service level through well understading of customer needs and requirements
- Ocean and Air /Negotiations of prices with new prospects/accounts in cooperation with customer service and in align with a company growth strategy
- Data management: compiling and analysing sales related figures, CRM reporting, pipeline management
- Key contact person in communication between customers and internal team
