Job description, responsibilities and duties

Customer and 3-rd party users support (B2B level), development support, handling of service requests and incidents, escalation to related SW teams.
Deployments including integration, configuration and troubleshooting.
Pro-Active Monitoring of system health, continuous improvement and automation of monitoring tools in cooperation with development teams.
Creating and improving of knowledgebase to enable self-service and improve the efficiency of DevOps team itself.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

IT or electrotechnical engineering field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Experience with Linux systems administration.
Experience with Managing Java applications.
Ability to understand complex systems, innovate, automate.
Experience with system/application deployments (E.g. Ansible).
Experience with customer support and high availability systems.
Knowledge of modern monitoring and graphing systems.
A strong analytical mindset, solution driven, team player, willing to learn newest technologies.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with AWS, Azure and other Cloud-related IaaS.
Working knowledge of AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
Experience with Teamcity, Maven and other systems automation technologies.
Experience with test tools like Postmen, Robot etc.
Experience with centralized logging stacks such as ELK.
Experience with version control systems such as Git and writing version control system hooks.
Familiar with service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Understanding of current web and internet technologies like SQL and Non-SQL DBs, Nginx, Redis, DNS, CDNs, Kafka.
