Job description, responsibilities and duties
Provide quality assurance support to customers to avoid quality problems where possible and, to resolve quality problems when necessary; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Note that quality assurance activities must be organized in line with the agreed product marketing strategy.
To secure Samsung’s sales, confirming NG panels which customers considered as not conform to exact criteria based on cosmetic specification. Reporting the result promptly and contribute to reduce quality cost
Analyzing NG panels on customer site and inducing the improvement from production site by reporting where defective causes are and what should be improved from internal site.
Presiding regular meeting with customer to solve quality problem, checking range of problem and follow up to close issue. While following up quality issue, arranging local infra and controlling the resources.
Informing changing/correction action point of Samsung’s product and get approval from customers.
Co-working with HQ Engineers and colleagues in the Quality area and communicate with each other regularly.
Looking for COPQ and improve it such as recall, RMA, Confirming and inspection.
Checking our standing compared with circumstance and inducing improvement.
To support close relationship with customer, checking customer’s circumstance and business condition.
