Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Op Risk & Compliance team, who likes challenge and wants to develop his/her career.

You will :
• be responsible for ICS rules with the aim to strengthen internal control environment by setting up new controls and reviewing of internal controls in-use,
• maintain and keep all documents related to ICS, Operational Risk and Compliance and all internal guidelines updated,
• evaluate the measures for minimizing operational risk events and propose mitigation actions,
• be in charge of administration of our internal control system and ICS/Operational Risk tools,
• cooperate in different audits and track audit findings,
• contribute to regular internal and head-office reporting
• train relevant RPC employees in area of ICS, Operational Risk and Compliance
• support the implementation of group methodologies in RPC

Wage (gross)

1 500 EUR/monthminimum 1500 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (based on legal requirements, we state the min. salary, however final salary depends on candidate´s qualifications and level of experience & skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• 1 - 2 years of experience in similar position
• Ability to work independently
• Orientation to detail, analytical thinking
• Active English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, well-organized and strong communication skills
• Goal oriented person with critical thinking
