JIRA Integration Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague who will be as JIRA Integration Specialist responsible for administration of JIRA and Confluence tools, which is widely used within our organization.

Your ROLE:
- Designing and running an administration role in JIRA to fit regular requests for new users, new spaces, project, permissions and customized JIRA workflows/schemes etc
- Co-designing effective JIRA workflows/schemes
- Maintain of healthy JIRA and Confluence project environment by periodically reviewing configurations, permissions, workflows, dashboards, integration, and logs
- Migrate core processes to JIRA
- Management of JIRA plugins and upgrades
- Management of Confluence tool
- Create and maintain related documents
- Provide support to users and teams across the company
