Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for new team member with these responsibilities:
- Solving claims from Issuer and Acquirer side in the area of payment cards for foreign banks within the Raiffeisen Group in English language
- Handling of foreign claims of Cardholders and payment card acceptors, including e-commerce payments, payments on terminals and ATMs cash withdrawals
- Keeping evidence of every single complaint in internal system and systems of Card associations (VISA, MasterCard)
- Daily communication with Card associations VISA, MasterCard, DCI and others, with network banks, with other domestic and foreign banks, communication with business partners

Wage (gross)

1 300 EUR/monthminimum 1300 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
